Custom-Built BBQ Equipment
East Texas Smoker Company builds custom smoker trailers, concession trailers, catering trailers, reverse-flow smokers, offset style smokers, restaurant smokers, backyard smokers, and BBQ accessories. Every product is built to order, so you choose the equipment, layout, color, and options that best fit your cooking style or business! We also install commercial cooking equipment and pellet smokers on our custom trailers and concession trailers.

Pricing FAQ
How much does a smoker trailer cost?
Our base model custom smoker trailer packages start at roughly $6,000.00, depending on the options you add, the pricing can go up to $100,000 or more for fully loaded concession trailer packages.
Can I customize my trailer?
Yes. Every trailer is built to order. Even if you don't see an option you want on our smoker trailers or trailer add-ons pages, we can add it to your custom BBQ trailer or concession trailer.
Do you finance?
Yes. There are two types of financing offered by third party lenders, business and personal. You can find more info on our Finance page.
What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms are half-down deposit and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. This does not apply if you are financing your BBQ trailer.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We actually deliver worldwide! Transportation costs vary based on location. We are happy to obtain a quote for you.
How long is the build time?
Because every smoker and trailer is built from scratch, we schedule each order into our production queue. Our current lead time is approximately 90-120 days from the time you place your order. Once your build begins, the actual fabrication process typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the model and custom options selected.

Hi! I'm Clint Shockey, owner, designer, and fabricator for East Texas Smoker Company, operated in the beautiful piney woods. I learned my design and welding crafts while attending Texas State Technical College over 25 years ago. I have since graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a BBA in Finance.
To my family's dismay, I did not go into banking or accounting but rather started following my dreams to build exceptional and unique barbecue smoker pits for people to enjoy. I take great pride in creating custom smokers for my customers. I have been designing and fabricating high-quality smokers for over twenty years.
I know the difference between grilling and barbecuing. In fact, I do extensive research EVERY weekend with my smokers; and my friends and family certainly enjoy the benefits of that research!
