Smoker:

• Painted with high-temperature black BBQ paint.

• Smoke Chamber measures 36" x 24" x 3/8” wall

• Double cooking racks

• Reverse Smoker plate is constructed of 3/16" plate steel

• Easy to move with wheelbarrow style handles

• Two- 16” wagon wheels

• Two- heavy-duty 4" castors

 

Temperature Gauges:

• Constructed of stainless steel

• 3 inches in size

• Will gauge from 100 to 550 degrees.

 

Insulated Firebox:

• The outer firebox measures 24" x 24" 

• Lined with 4” insulation

• 16” inner firebox

• Insulated firebox door with 1/2" thick steel on the inside of the door

 

Smoke Stack:

• 4-inch (schedule 40)

Workstation/Bar:

• Framed with 1" square tubing

• Painted to match the trailer
